March 15, 2012 – Sooo Pinoy Food Tour Day 4 in Boracay – Previous Post : Cafe De Paris Boracay.
After our afternoon “Sinigang na Hipon” snack at Cafe de Paris, we were instructed to re-group at Traviesa Restaurant in Canyon de Boracay. Along with fellow participants, we decided to walk around hoping that well burn some calories we gained from our 4 days non-stop eating.

The Chef prepared Pan seared Blue Marlin with cheesy sauce and Grilled Honey Chicken with Peanut Sauce.
Grilled Honey Chicken with Peanut Sauce
Using cheese as a dip or sauce for the pan seared blue marlin was a brilliant idea but I would prefer if the fish is a little bit tender. Chef Raymund Gutierrez has a delightful recipe of Grilled Honey Chicken which tastes very much similar to Aristocrat Chicken BBQ.
Served with Java rice and their version of peanut sauce, their Grilled Honey Chicken instantly became my favorite.. I’ll definitely go back for more:)
