Sooo Pinoy: Mooon Cafe in Cebu

Moon cafe in Cebu Philippines is not something new to me. I have been to this Mexican themed restaurant several times and I must say this is one of my favorite in Cebu.

Mooon Cafe menu is typically international cuisine but focuses more in Mexican fare, and its interior is reminiscent of a Mexcian Cantina.
