Utan Bisaya Soup in Chikaan Cebu

Chikaan Restaurant is one of the local establishments in Cebu that I am familiar with. I have dined here a few times before. This Cebuano restaurant offered Filipino fares.

During the First day of the Sooo Pinoy Food Trip na, Pilipinas Cebu Leg, we went to Chikaan to sample two dishes. The first dish served was the utan Bisaya soup. This Cebuano soup reminds me of its Ilonggo counterpart, the Laswa which we also tried during the Sooo Pinoy Iloilo Leg.
