Congratulations Tribu Pan-ay of Dinagyang Festival 2012 for their back to back to back crown as the best festival of Aliwan Fiesta from 2010 to 2012.

Earlier this afternoon, I’m actually choosing between Buyogan Festival and Dinagyang Festival for my pick for this year winner but after learning that Dinagyang Won again, I’m no longer surprised after watching their performance posted in Youtube.
