So who is this years Aliwan Fiesta Festival Queen 2012? If in case you are not familiar, Reyna ng Aliwan is a yearly event that presents young beautiful ladies and festival queens from various festivals in the country. This years Reyna ng Aliwan First Runner up is Ms. Quennie Rose Bautista from Surallah, South Cotabato who also won the Reyna ng Aliwan 2012 Best in Evening Gown award.
